Help the Vulnerable

As the winter months set in, let’s look out for one another. 

If you have a vulnerable neighbour, a simple check-in can make a big difference. A quick call or knock on the door shows you care. If they need extra help, you can offer to pick up essentials or make sure they’re warm and safe.

If you’re worried about their well-being, contact Age UK on 0800 678 1602 or your local council for support. For urgent concerns, call 999 in an emergency or 101 for a welfare check.

Looking out for each other keeps our community strong. Let’s make this winter a season of care and kindness.
